APEC Japan 2010 閉幕/Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation 2010 closed

APECが閉会しました。
首脳会談のある土日、車道は交通機動隊の白バイが沢山いてものものしい雰囲気でした。
歩行者検問も継続。
でも散歩はOK。
APEC closed.
The summit meeting was performed on the weekend.
In the road, there were a lot of white police motorcycles of the traffic riot police, and it was high alert.
The walker inspection was performed, too. .
But I and PUGS could take a walk.

途中、マルクちゃんとアポロちゃん、オーナーご夫妻と再会。
しっかりと筋肉のついたスリムなマルクちゃんとアポロちゃん。
とても可愛がっていらっしゃるのが一目でわかるいい子たちです。
お住まいが最重要警備地区内にあるとのことで、お散歩の行き帰りも大変だったそうです。
お似合いの洋服を着ていたのに、写真を撮り忘れて残念。
In the middle of a walk, I met Mark , Apollo and their owners again.
Mark and Apollo who are slim with the muscle well.
They are clever dogs .
Their owners love them very much.
Their house is in the most important guard district.
Though Mark and Apolo wore well-matched clothes, I forget to take their photograph.
 
山下公園で盛りとなっていた秋の薔薇を楽しみました。
I enjoyed the autumn rose which became in the bloom in Yamashita Park.

PUGSの写真を撮っていたら、中国人の団体さんに会いました。
通訳の方が一人いて、日本語で聞いてくださったので、なんとか意思疎通を図れました。
一生懸命北京語（多分）でお話いただいているのに、わからない私。
ちょっと申し訳なかったです。
ベトナムの方ともなんちゃって英単語で少しだけ意思疎通。
PUGSをVery Nice!といわれて嬉しかったです。（飼い主バカ）
I met Chinese group when I took a photograph of PUGS.
Because there was one interpreter and heard it in Japanese, I was able to talk with them somehow.
I whom what have you talk by Pekingese (probably) hard does not understand.
I am slightly sorry.
So, I met Vietnamese.
I was able to talk by broken English a little.
I was glad it to be called PUGS Very Nice!. （An owner fool）

途中、NEW　GRAND　HOTELから要人が出立するのに出くわしました。
思わずシャッターを切りましたが、ブレてます。
しかも要人の車じゃなく、おつきの人の車をメインで撮影しているし。
慣れないことはするものではないですね。
Though a very important person departed from NEW GRAND HOTEL on the way, I happened to meet it.
I pressed the shutter unintentionally, but there is not focus.
Not the car which the very important person got into, I photographed the car which a person with it got into, besides.
It is not a thing to have not to fit.

夕方にはあちらこちらで解除の声が聞こえはじめました。
一ヶ月以上も他府県から応援に来ていた警察官の方たちも解散してそれぞれに宿舎へ。
途中、PUGSに声をかけてくださる方もいらっしゃいました。
PUGSも嬉しそうでした。
The standby alert was removed in the evening.
The police officer who came for support from the other prefectures more than one month were dissolved and came back to the lodgings in each.
There was the police officer who called out to PUGS on one's way back.
PUGS seemed to be glad to touch them.

APEC準備から閉幕まで。
警備のおかげで、散歩ルートの治安がとてもよくなりました。
そのお礼を思い切って告げてみたら、嬉しそうな顔をしていただけました。
こちらも嬉しかったです。
警察の方もですが、地元の商店街や自治体の方も色々な面で協力されて大変だったとおもいます。
無事に閉幕してよかったなとおもいました。
From APEC preparations to an end.
Thanks to the guard, I and PUGS can take a walk in peace.
I told the thanks to police officers, They look glad.
I was glad, too.
APEC closed safely, I thougt it was good.

期間中、お見かけした他府県警の数は１９。
北海道、青森、山形、秋田、福島、栃木、茨城、長野、静岡、警視庁、石川、鳥取、愛知、岐阜、山口、長崎、熊本、宮崎、鹿児島。
４７には及びませんでした。残念。
PUGSを７頭連れた謎のおばはんとして申し送りされていたりして。（笑）
The number of prefecture prefectural police 19 that I saw.
Hokkaido, Aomori, Yamagata, Akita, Fukushima, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Nagano, Shizuoka, Metropolitan Police Department, Ishikawa, Tottori, Aichi, Gifu, Yamaguchi, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Kagoshima.
It did not amount to 47. I am disappointed.
It be made a message among police officers as the mystery woman who was with seven PUGS.
