ピンクリボン/Pink Ribbon

気温が下がり、久々に昼間の散歩。
少し日差しが強かったけれど、PUGSは楽しそうです。
日本丸が帆をはっていました。
Because temperature cooled down, it was after a long absence and took a walk in the day.
Though some sunlight was strong, PUGS looks happy.
Nippon-Maru set up sail.

大桟橋には飛鳥Ⅱが停泊してました。 大きすぎて、画面に入らない・・・。
In a large pier a pasenger ship(AsukaⅡ) anchored.
It is too big and does not finish being in the screen of the camera.

気を取り直して、象の鼻で別アングルから。
I photographed passenger ship and PUGS from the other angle at an elephant's trunk pier.

象の鼻のパン屋さんに寄るのも久しぶり。
大好物のフランスパンの香りに、PUGS釘付けです。
It is after a long absense to get together to baker in the elephant's trunk pier.
PUGS is excited at the fragrance of the French bread, Because they loves it.

象の鼻ではピンクリボン活動のイベントが開かれていました。
昨年も立ち寄ったなぁ・・・。
アンケート回答+体脂肪測定+血圧測定でメタボメジャーをいただきましたよ。
PUGSもピンクリボンをつけて、自主的に宣伝活動したりして。
An event of the pink ribbon activity was held.
I remenber that I dropped in at this event last year.
I did a questionnaire answer, and I measured it, and the blood pressure measurement did body fat, too.
I was presented a measure.
PUGS attached the pink ribbon.
They press-agented activity voluntarily.

毎年の会社の健康診断で乳がん、婦人科検診は受けていますが、気に留めておきたいものです。
I take breast cancer, gynecology examination by the medical examination of the company every year.
Furthermore, I want to keep it  in minde about the danger of the breast cancer.


帰り道にケーキ屋さんで、かわいいシュークリームとエクレアを購入。
ニ週間限定だそうです。
I purchase pretty cream puff and eclair in patisserie in the way back.
It seems to be sold only for two weeks.

ユーモラスな表情の白い子は中身が生クリームのシュー。
黒い子はチョコカスタードの入ったエクレア。
どちらも赤い苺で舌が表現されています。
The white cream puff looks humorous.
The contents of the cream puff are fresh cream.
The contents of the black eclair are chocolate custard.
A tongue is expressed with a red strawberry both.

美味しくいただきました。

豊水とチャーミングセール/Hosui(a pear) and A charming sale.

パグつながりのお友達から、立派な梨（豊水）をいただきました。
The friend of the pug connection gave an excellent pear (Housui) to me.

早速、舌鼓を打つPUGS。
PUGS ate a pear at once.

梨が大好きなPUGSは皮や芯も残さずいただきました。
チャイ坊さん、美味しいプレゼントを贈ってくださって、どうもありがとうございました。
PUGS love a pear, They ate all.

週末は元町のチャーミングセールへ。
暑いのでPUGSは家でお留守番。
I went out to a charming sale of Motomachi on the weekend.
It was very hot, PUGS was relaxed in a house.

行きは伊勢佐木町経由で関内、中華街を横断しました。
中華街は相変わらずすごい人・・・裏道のお店の数も増えています。
知り合いのお店（獅門酒楼）のママさんとちょっと立ち話をして、元町へ。
まずはPUGSの定番おやつ（ジャーキー　おいも、にんじんとお魚、ほうれんそう）を購入。
The going crossed Kannai, the Chinatown via Isezakicho.
A lot of tourists come to the Chinatown.
In an alley, a lot of shops were made.
I went to Motomachi.
At first I purchase a constant seller snack (a jerky potato, a carrot and a fish, spinach) for PUGS.

ついで、紅茶屋さんでこれまた飼い主定番のティーバッグを購入。
会社でリフレッシュするのに愛用しています。
Then, I purchase a basic tea at shop.
I use a tea habitually to be refreshed.

裏道を通ったら、岩手県一戸町のアンテナショップができていました。
覗いたら、以前相方が出張で買ってきてくれたイーハトーブのドッグフードがありました。
手ごろなサイズのレトルトを、三種類購入。
１０００円以上購入ということで、とうもろこしをお土産にいただきました。
甘くてとっても美味しかったです。
I found the antenna-into-the-future shop of Ichinohe-cho, Iwate in an alley.
There was dog food with what I used before.
I purchase a retort of reasonable size three kinds
To the person who purchased it more than 1,000 yen, corn was presented.
It was so delicious.

帰りは桜木町まで電車を使うことにしましたが、乗る前に、はらドーナツで一休み。
「オカンの嫁入り」とコラボしているようで、映画中に登場する黒パグのはちちゃんのドーナツをいただきました。
カボスの香りがして、ひんやりして美味しかったです。
I decided to get on a train to Sakuragicho.
I took a short break first in a Hara-doughnut shop.
A doughnut was very delicious

三連休、どこにも行く予定はないけど、近場でリーズナブルなショッピングを楽しみました。
In three consecutive holidays, there is the going plan nowhere.
I enjoyed reasonable shopping in within easy reach of.

小町さん 抜糸と肥満細胞種のグレード/Komachi Extraction of the stitches completion and Grade of the obese cell class

小町さん、抜糸が済みました。和さんは今日も付き添いです。
明日から、お散歩、お風呂してもいいよって獣医さんに言ってもらいました。
Komachi finished the extraction of the stitches.
Nagi went with an animal hospital.
The veterinarian allowed Komachi. A walk, a bath. But from tomorrow.

ステロイドは抜糸後一週間継続して終了です。

量の変遷は、術前7.5mmg、術後一週間5mmg、二週間2.5mmg、抜糸後一週間1mmg。
The steroid dosage is the end after having continued for one week.
The change of the quantity.

• Preoperative 7.5mmg.
• Postoperative one week 5mmg.
• Two weeks 2.5mmg.
• one week after the extraction of the stitches 1mmg

 
肥満細胞種の細胞検査結果も出ていました。
グレードはⅡ。
組織片の大きさに比べて核は比較的大きかったものの限局していて、増殖傾向は見られなかったので切除で妥当との回答でした。
A cell test result of the obese cell class.
Grade is Second stage.
The organization piece is big.
The organization nucleus is comparatively big.
However, the tendency to increase is not seen in an organization nucleus.
The excision is proper.

やれるだけのことは獣医さんにしていただきましたし、小町さんががんばりました。
後は再発しないよう祈るだけです。
The veterinarian did his best.

The Komachi did her best.

小町さん 退院/Komachi discharge.

8/27　小町さん退院しました。
一泊した朝、動物病院でご飯もちゃんと食べてくれたそうです。
27 August, Komachi left the hospital.
She stayed overnight at animal Hospital, Next morning, She have eaten food.

優先度の高い仕事だけを片付けて、あとは同僚に御願いして、定時でダッシュ。
しかし、帰り道にお金を下ろそうと思って寄ったATMで、キャッシュカード一式をまるまる家に忘れたことに気づきました・・・。おばか・・・。お金を下ろす暇がなかったから、気づかなかった・・・。
I settled only the high work of the priority by oneself and I prayed a fellow worker for the remaining work and did it.
In ATM, I noticed that I forgot a bank card complete set at home.

そのまま動物病院に寄って、事情を話して大笑いしながら、お泊りセットや薬などだけを先に受け取りました。
ちょうど処置中だった小町さんが私の声に反応しちゃったりして・・ごめんね、とほほな飼い主で。
もうちょっと待っててねといいおいて、家へダッシュ。
荷物を置いて、スリングとキャッシュカードセットを持ってATMへ。
２４時間ATMは私のように時間がうまく使えない人間にとっては大助かりです。
手術費の支払いだけでなく、９月分のフィラリア予防薬とフロントラインも購入するつもりだったし、日曜はお友達の結婚式もあることだし。
ちょっと多めにおろして、再度動物病院へ。
今度こそ、無事清算して、小町さんを連れて帰りました。
次は月曜日に消毒です。
月曜日も残業は二時間以内に切り上げる！
I stopped at the animal Hospital and I received a doll,food,saplement,medicine.
When I arrived at the hospital, Komachi just took measures.
She reacted to my voice.
I returned to the house and went to ATM with the card of the bank again.
The ATM which money can draw for 24 hours is great help for the human being whom it is good, and cannot use time like me.
I intended to purchase not only the payment of operation costs but also a filaria preventer for September and the Frontline, and next Sunday is that there is the wedding ceremony of the friend.
I taken a little too much money and went to animal Hospital again.
I payed and returned with Komachi.
On next Monday, She takes measures of the sterilization.
I will leave off the overtime work within two hours!

最近早朝散歩にしているし、、仕事も山積みのため、ついつい残業しがちでした。
でも、こうやって早く帰る用事を作って、仕事の優先度を見直すのもありだなーと思いました。
お客さんや同僚に迷惑をかけないことが必須条件ですが。
I make it a walk recently in an early morning before the attendance.
Because there is a lot of work, I work overtime carelessly.
But I made business to return early in this way and thought that it was good to review a priority of the work.
It is a necessary condition not to trouble a fellow worker.

家に帰った小町さん、思ったよりも元気です。
筋膜を取ったのでかなり痛いはずだし、歩くにしてももうちょっと足をかばうかなと思っていましたが足取りは普通です。
ごはんもちゃんと食べるし、鈴カステラで包んだ薬もぱくん、もしゃもしゃ、ごくんです。
でもやっぱり、いつもよりよく眠るから本調子じゃないのがわかります。
二週間後の抜糸までは散歩もお風呂もダメ。安静のまま。
散歩とお風呂が大好きな小町さんには辛いことだけど、もうちょっとの辛抱だよ。
がんばろうね。
It is a state of Komachi who returned to the house, but she is cheerful than I thought.
Because She has a pain in foot, I thought whether she protect the foot a little more even if she walk, but her steps are common.
She eat food and medicine wrapped with sponge cake.
But after all I understand that she is not a normal condition because she sleep better.
She need a rest two weeks.
I will do my best for Komachi.

小町さん 手術終了/Komachi, The operation end

8/25 小町さんの肥満細胞種の病理検査結果が出たということもあり、術前検査をしました。
8/26 小町さんの肥満細胞種切除の手術を行いました。
25 August, A pathological examination result of the obese cell class of Komachi was given.
Komachi took preoperative inspection.
26 August, Komachi was operated on for the obese cell class excision.

本日8/26はお仕事をお休みさせていただきました。
早朝散歩の後、９：００に小町さんと和さんと動物病院へ。
和さんは付き添いです。（本犬が希望）
I was absent from work.

I took Komachi and the Nagi to the animal Hospital.
Nagi is an attendant of Komachi.

獣医さんから病理検査の結果と手術の説明を受けました。
患部を中心に直径４センチの円で皮膚を切り取ること。
また肉側についてはあけてからとなるが、軽くても筋膜までを取ることを検討していることを聞きました。
また再発時の治療手段として分子治療もあるということだったので、薬の投与は再発時に考えるとして、今回の肥満細胞種で遺伝子検査だけを行っておくことを御願いしました。
I received the explanation of the operation as a result of pathological examination from veterinarian.

小町さんとお気に入りの安心せぇめぇさん人形、お泊りセット（ご飯、サプリ、薬、タオル）を預けました。
手術は午後診療前の休憩時間中。
何もなければ連絡なし。あればすぐに連絡もらうことにしました。
I left a Komachi, Komachi's favorite doll, food, a supplement, medicine, a towel with the staff.

午後、ボランティアのフォローアップ研修に参加。
ちょうど小町さんの手術真っ最中。
事情をお話して、携帯電話を机の上において、講座をうけました。
I participated in the follow-up training of the volunteer in the afternoon.
As for time, an operation of Komachi is just at the height.
I told the circumstances to calling from staff, So I put a mobile telephone on a desk and took a lecture.

研修終了後、動物病院へ。
無事麻酔からさめており、面会できました。
ゲージの奥で安心せぇめぇさんと寝てましたが、ゲージをあけるとゆっくりと自分でたって歩いて近づいてきました。
「痛いよ」って言っていたみたいです。ぶぶぶって何度かつぶやいてました。
「えらかったね。がんばったね。ありがとうね。」といいながら、何度も撫でました。
After the training end, I went to the animal Hospital.
I met Komachi.
Komachi slept with a doll in the depths of the gauge, but when I could open a door, She stood up slowly and walked and came to me.
She said "My foot ache, Mam."
I told to Komachi "Great, You did your best, Thank you.". I patted softly the her back many times.

その後、獣医さんに術中のことを伺いました。
皮膚の裏側には細胞が突出していなかったので当初の予定通り、筋膜までを切除したこと。
ただしパグ犬の肥満細胞種なので、安心はできないこと。
遺伝子検査用に組織をとったこと。
再発しないことを祈っていること。
ご飯を食べたら帰宅も考えたが、現在ご飯も御褒美用の好物（私がもっていったもの）も口を全くつけないこともあるし、筋膜をとったことによる痛みもあるので、やはり一晩入院して点滴を投与することとなりました。
I heard a state operated on from veterinarian.

But do not have the relief, because it is the obese cell class of the pug dog.
Having taken the organization for genetic tests.
Praying for not recurring.
Komachi ate neither the food nor the snack.

明日、仕事帰りに迎えに行きます。
抜糸は二週間後。それまではお散歩もお風呂もなし。安静です。
I will go to the animal Hospital to meet Komachi for a end of work tomorrow.
The extraction of the stitches of the foot of her became it two weeks later.
She must do neither the walk nor the bath till then. She needs rest.

絢さん、怕さん、英さんのお誕生日/Ken & Haku & Yoh's Birthday

8月18日は、絢さん、怕さん、英さんのお誕生日でした。
ケーキとちょっぴりの鶏肉でお祝いです。
もう三歳。早いなぁ・・・。
August 18, It was a birthday of Ken, Haku and Yoh.
I did celebration of them birthday with a roll cake and chiken.
They became 3 years old.
It is an early thing that time passes.

性格も外見も三者三様。
でも、兄弟の結束は固い・・・かな？
これからも元気でよろしくね。
They are different in both the character and the appearance.
But is the unity of brothers hard ...?
Ken , Haku and Yoh, Be well from now on.

小町さん 肥満細胞種/Komachi, an obse cell class

先週の土曜日に今夏三度目のバリカンをしていたら、小町さんの後ろ足に違和感を覚えました。
６ミリにカットした毛をかきわけて、さぐってみたら、見たことのない白いおできのようなものがありました。
In last Saturday, I felt sense of incongruity to a hind leg of Komachi.
When I examined a foot of the Komachi,I found that there was a boil such as the white swelling without having looked

検査してもらったところ、肥満細胞種でした。
細胞を病理検査に出してもらうことにしました。
今はまだグレードがわかりません。
今週一杯、一日7.5mmgのステロイドを投薬することになりました。
細胞種の育ちが早いようなら、今週中に手術。
ステロイドで小さくなってくれれば、来週、病理検査の結果を見てから手術です。
On Monday, I took Komachi to the animal Hospital.
I understood that the boil was an obese cell class.
I decided to inspect a cell with the pathological examination.
I do not yet understand grade as the obese cell class now.
For one week, I will give steroid of 7.5mmg to Komachi every day.
If the breeding of the obese cell class is early, the Komachi takes an operation by the end of this week.
If an obese cell class becomes small, as a result of medication treatment, the Komachi has an operation after having confirmed a result of the pathological examination.

いつから出来ていたんだろう。
毎週シャンプーしていたのに、いつから見落としていたんだろう。
ごめん、小町さん。
I do not understand it when an obese cell seed was formed on a foot of the Komachi from.
Why would not I notice an accident of the Komachi?
I am very sorry, Komachi.
